We're a Sunshine Coast family business servicing homes and businesses from Noosa to Caloundra and up to Gympie. Our team is trained, insured for work at heights and genuinely proud of the before-and-afters — and we back every wash with the kind of service that gets us recommended at school pick-up and the local café.

The process
How a house wash goes down
No mystery, no upsell. Here's exactly what happens when the van pulls up.
Walk-around
We check the surfaces, note any loose paint or fragile spots, and wet down gardens and lawns.
Apply the soft wash
A gentle, biodegradable solution goes on at low pressure and dwells while it breaks down mould, salt and grime.
Rinse
Everything is rinsed from the top down with clean water — eaves, walls, windows, driveway edges.
Final check
We walk the house with you, re-do anything that needs it, and rinse the gardens one last time.

The mistake most people make is using one pressure for everything. Houses, roofs and windows want low pressure and the right cleaning solution; concrete wants a surface cleaner and real power. Our van carries both, and the experience to know which is which.
Soft wash system
A dedicated low-pressure pump applies the cleaning solution so it does the work — not the pressure. That's what keeps render, paint and Colorbond safe.
Rotary surface cleaner
For driveways and paths — even, stripe-free coverage instead of the zebra marks a hand wand leaves on concrete.
Pressure dialled to the surface
Feather-light on roofs and weatherboard, firm on exposed aggregate. One rig, the right setting for every job.

A lot of pressure washing is a bottle of bleach and a hire machine. We use a biodegradable soft-wash solution that kills mould and algae at the root, dosed for the surface we're cleaning, then rinse everything — house, gardens, paths — so nothing is left behind but a clean home.

How much does pressure washing cost on the Sunshine Coast?+
Every job is quoted upfront and fixed before we arrive — send a couple of photos or your address and we'll come back with a price, usually the same day. Nothing is added on the day without your OK.
Is pressure washing safe for render, paint and Colorbond?+
High pressure isn't — which is why we don't use it on houses. Soft washing uses a low-pressure rinse and a cleaning solution to do the work, so render, weatherboard, painted brick and Colorbond are all safe.
Are your products safe for gardens and pets?+
Yes. We use a biodegradable soft-wash solution dosed for the surface, pre-wet gardens and lawns before we start, and rinse everything afterwards. Once rinsed there's nothing harmful left behind.
Are you the same company as A1 Carpet Cleaning?+
Yes — same owners, same team, same vans. A1 Pressure Washing is our exterior-cleaning business, and most of our customers started as carpet-cleaning customers who asked if we could do the driveway too.
