A lot of pressure washing is a bottle of bleach and a hire machine. We use a biodegradable soft-wash solution that kills mould and algae at the root, dosed for the surface we're cleaning, then rinse everything — house, gardens, paths — so nothing is left behind but a clean home.

Do you walk on the roof?+
Only when we need to, and always harnessed. Many roofs can be washed largely from ladders and the ground with the right equipment.
Is it safe for my water tank?+
We disconnect or divert downpipes before we start and flush the gutters with clean water afterwards, so no cleaning solution reaches the tank.
Will it damage my tiles?+
Soft washing is the method roof manufacturers recommend precisely because it doesn't. High pressure and scraping are what damage tiles — we don't do either.
Can you re-paint or seal the roof?+
We clean; we don't paint or seal. If you're planning a roof restoration we're the first step, and we're happy to recommend a painter.
