The mistake most people make is using one pressure for everything. Houses, roofs and windows want low pressure and the right cleaning solution; concrete wants a surface cleaner and real power. Our van carries both, and the experience to know which is which.
Soft wash system
A dedicated low-pressure pump applies the cleaning solution so it does the work — not the pressure. That's what keeps render, paint and Colorbond safe.

A lot of pressure washing is a bottle of bleach and a hire machine. We use a biodegradable soft-wash solution that kills mould and algae at the root, dosed for the surface we're cleaning, then rinse everything — house, gardens, paths — so nothing is left behind but a clean home.

Will high pressure damage my paint or render?+
We don't use high pressure on houses. Soft washing uses a low-pressure rinse and a cleaning solution to do the work, which is why it's safe on render, weatherboard, painted brick, Colorbond and Hebel.
Do you clean the windows as part of a house wash?+
The windows get rinsed as part of the wash and come up much better. For a streak-free, detailed finish add our window cleaning — most people bundle the two.
How long does it take?+
A typical single-storey home is two to three hours; a large two-storey is half a day. We'll give you a time when we quote.
Do you need my water?+
Yes — we connect to an outside tap. If you're on tank water let us know and we'll bring our own.
How often should I wash my house?+
Every 12 to 18 months keeps most Sunshine Coast homes looking fresh. Shaded, south-facing or beachfront homes may need it yearly.
