1. Service scope
A1 Carpet Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including carpet, upholstery, rug, mattress, tile and grout, leather and related cleaning, as described on this website or agreed at the time of booking.
2. Bookings and payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and may include GST. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer and other approved payment methods.
3. Access and preparation
Customers must ensure clear access to the property and to the areas to be cleaned. Please move small or delicate items (ornaments, electronics, small furniture) before we arrive. We take no responsibility for damage to items that customers have not moved or secured.
4. Stains and damage
We will always do our best to remove stains and odours, but results can vary depending on the age of the stain, the fibre and previous treatments. We accept no liability for damage resulting from the cleaning process on weakened, worn or previously damaged materials. Where we notice pre-existing damage we will point it out before starting.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area.
7. Use of customer information
By booking, you consent to us collecting your contact details for service-related purposes, including reminders and occasional promotional SMS. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.
8. Privacy
Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service. See our privacy policy.
9. Liability
We hold public liability insurance and take reasonable care in all work. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Acceptance
By accepting a booking with A1 Carpet Cleaning, you agree to these terms and conditions.
